WI Lakeside
Foods, Inc., a privately held international manufacturer with over a century
of experience and fourteen plants throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and Ohio,
is seeking a highly motivated individual for a Quality Assurance Manager
position at our Owatonna and Brooten, MN and Mondovi, WI facilities. Based in
Owatonna, and reporting to the Western Director of Operation, this position
will be responsible for all aspects of quality assurance including the
development, implementation and maintenance of our in-house quality programs
for the Owatonna labeling operation and the Brooten & Mondovi production facilities as well as
specific duties in the areas of raw product preparation, thermal processing,
filler application and packaging to ensure all products meet food safety and
quality standards. The ideal
candidate will have a food science degree or technical courses in Chemistry,
Bacteriology or a related field plus a demonstrated leadership capabilities
in an academic and/or business setting. Lakeside
