Safety Specialists provide direct safety and food safety support to all retail operations formats.

  • Conduct and document coaching based safety and food safety assessments for assigned locations.
  • Conduct (deep dive) follow-up visits to assist locations that are producing sub-standard safety and food safety results.
  • Provide safety communications and awareness to operations customers through Staff Meetings, Safety Champion Conferences, training sessions, newsletters, and advisory bulletins.
  • Serve as a point of contact for safety and food safety related questions and recommendations for assigned locations
  • Lead teams in developing safety procedures and initiatives for assigned business areas.
