Food Technologist – Northlake, IL
Sr. Food Technologist will be responsible for all aspects of Product
Development for Aryzta Laminated Dough and Sweet
Goods. This person will recommend and implement new projects that will
deliver new product growth and cost optimizations. This individual will
interface closely with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and Manufacturing. This
person will be expected to provide creative solutions and opportunities for
our customers and our business. The ability to operate independently and be
highly adaptable to change is a must.

/ trends, evaluate project feasibility, set project priorities,
identify appropriate product recipes, develop prototypes, provide
on-site plant commercialization, prepare and review all technical
training and technical support to Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and
new or replacement ingredients with and consequent formula
– Provide solutions to problems with equipment, processing, product
quality, and ingredients.
– Provide troubleshooting/technical advice to Aryzta’s
customers relating to product performance and manufacturing operations.
degree in Food Science/ Technology.
years experience in formulation and
manufacturing of Laminated Dough and chemical leavening baked goods is
