Quality Assurance Manager
Food Services Industry
Elizabeth NJ Location
Our client, an
established, diversified food services company with a national
presence, seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to join their Elizabeth
NJ operations.
The person selected for
this position will be responsible for developing, implementing and
administering the company Quality Management System. You will develop
and drive quality objectives, goals and strategies for the company.
Some specific
responsibilities include:
Maintain and develop Quality
Systems and Procedures
Respond to customer
complaints and perform required investigation
Oversee Lab analysis on raw
materials and finished goods..
Oversee the internal audit
function to ensure ongoing compliance to the Quality Management
System.
To be successful, you
will have to bring a broad background in a food services related
Quality environment managing staff, processes and activities. Strong
PC and system skills and the ability to communicate effectively are
all essential requirements of this position.
The candidate we are
looking for will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science,
Microbiology or a related field and bring at least 3 years of related
experience.
