A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or in hospitality or culinary arts, or equivalent, with foodservice industry experience is needed. ServSafe™ certification from NRAEF or the equivalent is required. Experience with HACCP in the retail environment is a plus. The ability to perform ServSafe training is preferred, and LEHP, RS/REHS or CFSP (NEHA) credentials are also preferred. Auditors must be able to work independently, and should have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.
