Food Safety Adjunct faculty

The Culinary Institute of America, the world's premier culinary college, seeks professionals to teach Food Safety to undergraduates preparing to be chefs, bakers and managers in the ever-changing food and hospitality industry. Food Safety prepares students for the National Restaurant Association ServSafe examination and covers food production practices governed by changing federal and state regulations. This course runs for 6 weeks and meets for 4 hours each week.
Minimum requirements include prior teaching experience and a master's degree in an appropriate field. Experience in the Hospitality industry a plus!
