Shift Times: Monday through Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Meat and Poultry Processing

 

NOTE: This position Rotates with other GS-9 processing plants in NY

 

This is a TCOE position.

 

As a Consumer Safety Inspector (CSI), you will ensure that regulated

Meat and Poultry establishments produce a safe product by executing

appropriate inspection methods, determining noncompliance with

regulatory requirements, documenting noncompliance, and initiating

enforcement action, where warranted.
