Job Description:
The position will provide support for the Infant Cereal Product Category
which covers:
1.Formulate Infant Cereal Products for specific customers.
2.Design and formulate vitamin and mineral
fortification for the product, with processing parameter in mind (loss of
vit/min during processing).
3.Design experiments for research and product
development, provide data analysis and interpretation.
4.Communicate clearly and concisely to all
levels of management (from manufacturing plant to sales to customer).
5.Apply a creative approach to problem solving.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Strong knowledge of Food Science/Nutrition. BS, M.S. in FS or
Nutrition.
2.Attention to details.
3.Ability to learn and work independently and in
a team.
4.Excellence in verbal and written
communication.
5.Think outside the box, creative.
6.Willing to travel (20% ?).
7.Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
