Safety Manager -Development and execution of customer quality programs
and systems -Manages and maintains HACCP and prerequisite programs
including documentation review -Updates/writes SOPs for the company in
regards to quality or safety of products -Develops forms/documentation to
support above SOPs -Document control & records -Employee Food Safety
& Quality Training -Manages and maintains Allergen Control Program
-Environmental Monitoring Program – development, implementation and
corrective actions -Self-assessments and self-audits of Quality Systems,
documentation & records related to the quality or safety of the
products. -Publishes reports and tracks corrective action. -Food Defense/Security
-Facilitates 3rd party, regulatory and customer audits -Works with QA
Manager to develop corrective actions for customer and third party
audits. -Publishes the monthly inspections for all facilities and tracts
corrective actions. -Obtain HACCP Certification -Obtain SQF Certification
