safety consulting services to the foodservice and hospitality industry.
A Bachelors degree in a technical field or in hospitality or culinary arts, or equivalent, with foodservice industry experience is needed. ServSafe™ certification from NRAEF or the equivalent is required, applicants who are working towards certification will be considered. Experience with HACCP in the retail environment is a plus. The ability to perform ServSafe training is preferred, and LEHP, RS or CFSP (NEHA) credentials are also desirable. Auditors must be able to work independently, and should have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.
