The Quality Control Technician
must be able to communicate effectively in relaying analysis information to
management personnel. The incumbent will identify sub-standard chemistry
results, antibiotic test results, and texture or flavor problems. The Quality
Control Technician must be able to lift moderate weights. The position
holder is also required to stand/walk throughout the shift.

This position is responsible
and accountable to ensure product meets food safety and quality
requirements by following the Food Safety Plan, Quality Plan, and
At least 18 years of age
Work experience in similar
Experience in machine
operation and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
Prefer at least 2 years of
work experience in similar type position.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Ability to speak,
read and write the English language.
Ability to work any shift,
weekends, and holidays due to rotating schedules that support a 7 day/
24 hour operation.
Ability to perform basic
mathematical functions in order to understand/adhere to Standard
Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)
on test methods and Corporate QC manuals.
