Job Description



Job Requirements:


Flexible schedule. Able to work any shift and mandatory overtime- when required. Able to stand and walk throughout shift. Work in refrigerated production facility. Cold damp environment. Some lifting of boxes or equipment may be required.


Quality control experience in Food/Beverage industry a plus. Good verbal and written communication skills- English and Spanish. Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets. PowerPoint experience a plus; but not required.

Job Requirements



Monitoring and inspecting to ensure handling, processing, packaging, storing, receiving, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods meets highest compliance standards for USDA, HACCP, and SSOP.


Ensure production and related processes are performed in a safe and productive manner; focusing on human safety, food safety, and quality.


 Assist Management and Production in compiling and analyzing yield, labor, and cost data. Assist in preparing SSOPís; reports and documentation; processing claims.
