more. JOB DESCRIPTION: As
Quality Systems Manager, you will actively develop, implement, and monitor
quality systems throughout the organization to ensure the safety,
consistency, and freshness of the bread, rolls, and English muffins our team
produces, from raw ingredients through to our customers' shelves. You
will work closely with Product Development, Operations and Marketing on existing
product lines, as well as manage compliance with the requirements of our
customers, partners and regulatory agencies. This position reports directly
to ownership, as the reputation of Gold Medal Bakery lies squarely on the
quality of products and services that we provide. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. BS/Technical degree in Science is
required. 2. Minimum of 5 years experience in
Plant Quality Assurance is needed. 3. Comprehensive knowledge required of
food safety programs: HACCP and British Retail Consortium (BRC) 4. Must have excellent
