We are a San Francisco based cold-pressed juice
company looking to expand our team!
QC Supervisor will be responsible for:
- ensuring compliance with all
GMP's and SOP's
- manages/trains/schedules
sanction screw
- managing master daily,
weekly, monthly, and quarterly sanitation schedule
- creates corrective actions
for deviations
- controls chemicals used in
sanitation
- leads food safety training
programs
- works with USDA and FDA to
ensure compliance
- enforces juice HAACP plan
- oversees and organizes all
HACCP documentation
Must have:
- at least 3-5 years of
experience in food/ beverage manufacturing
- knowledge of HACCP concepts
- very good communication
skills
- ability to work with cross
functional teams
- bi-lingual in English and
Spanish
- proficient in word, excel,
and google docs
