Senior Food Scientist position in its Marketing- Food Product department
located at their corporate headquarters in Bridgewater, NJ.

Position Overview:
The Senior Food Scientist will support Sales and Tech Service by providing
product recommendations and plant trial coverage as needed.
Responsibilities include:
+ Working with team to develop customer focused presentations.
+ Key team member in supporting Marketing driven development, scale-up, and
introduction of new CWS products
+ Supporting manufacturing directly to improve to product and process
quality while coordinating specification upgrades.
+ Evaluating competitive Cold Water Swelling (CWS) products samples and
providing feedback to the global team.
+ CWS product line expert with the ability to provide training.
+ Regular participation in global CWS Franchise & Core Team meetings.

Requirements:
+ BS degree in Food Science or a Technical degree with 3 years experience
working with food product development. Master?s degree a plus.
+ 3 yrs. minimum experience in food ingredients / food applications.
+ Demonstrated food-related technical background.
+ Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving capability.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills.
+ Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Team player, able to work cross functionally with Manufacturing, Quality,
Sales, Tech Service and Marketing.
+ Operates with minimum supervision and is able to drive objectives in a
timely fashion.
+ Strong time management skills enabling management of multiple priorities.
