seeking for a talented Quality Assurance associate to join our expanding
team for a key manufacturing client. You will have the opportunity to play

Assignment duration: Temp to Hire
Pay: DOE
Key Responsibilities:
Keeps work areas clean and organized in compliance to
company standards and local, state, and federal regulations.
Assists QA management in conformance checks of ingredients, packaging, and
finished product to established specifications.
Performs verification and auditing of quality safety checks
Performs laboratory testing
Perform verification system checks to ensure sanitation systems are on
track
Assists QA management in data collection and auditing
Required Qualifications/Education/Skills
Associates degree in science related field and/or,
3 years in a Quality Control/Assurance position in the food industry or an
equivalent combination of education and experience
Available to work overtime and weekends
Personal Qualities/Characteristics/Mental Activities
Ability to read and write English
Ability to understand and verbally express ideas and instructions
effectively
Ability to work effectively and efficiently with others
Ability to prioritize, follow instructions and follow-through to achieve
results
High level of personal initiative, self-driven, action and results oriented
Thrives in a challenging, entrepreneurial atmosphere; open to change and
creating change
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, generates enthusiasm, builds
effective working relationships at all levels
Lift up to 50 lbs.
