BS degree in Food Science, Chemistry or a related scientific field
1-5+ years experience in the food or beverage industry.
Looking for candidates with experience using Genesis or similar programs.
Culinary background, recipe development, product development
Basic Chemical and Microbiological Testing
Experience with HACCP and GMP regulations.
Experience with Quality Control, Quality Assurance and/or Research and Development/product development.
