Matter Expert possessing
• a mastery of the subject matter being tested
• a rational and well developed set of thinking processes to determine what

• the ability to relate to the individual for whom the test is intended
• strong verbal communication skills

• Review 4-option multiple choice items for scientific
accuracy, currency and appropriateness.
