established and growing food technology manufacturer - is seeking a Full-Time,
Permanent Lab Manager - Food
Science for immediate hire.

Manage team of food scientists.
Technical validation of company products.
Support of sales team.
Support product launches and promotion.
Administrative oversight of the
B.S. degree in Food Science, Biology,
Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
M.S. degree strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of ingredient technology.
Strong understanding of food processing
Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks.
Experience in mentoring/managing technical staff.
Experience with sensory testing methodology.
