Little

motivated Product Development Manager to join our Research
and Development/Innovation team. Little Caesars is proud of

based out of our world HQ in Detroit, Michigan.
As a
Product Development Manager you will be responsible for leading
Little Caesar projects to research, develop and analyze new food products
and/or procedures including but not limited to developing and perfecting
new food ingredients; partnering with third party food manufacturers to
develop and establish formulas and new food item specifications; and
supporting projects focused on store automation, nutrition, sensory, and
international market product development needs. You will also be
responsible for leading, coaching, and managing an R&D Technician(s).

Qualified candidates will have earned a bachelor’s
degree in food science or food engineering; have 5-7 years of work
experience in food development and/or food processing, (preferably in the
QSR, baking or prepared food industries),; and demonstrates knowledge and
familiarity of food processing equipment. We are seeking out a candidate
who is energetic, projects a positive and professional image, has a
strong sense of urgency, and has a true passion for the profession.
