Assist with development of programs as needed to improve the safety
of the product and processes at PFI.Monitor food safety programs for effectiveness, compliance with
current regulations and third party audit requirements.Assist with and conduct internal
audits.Work with department
managers to formulate appropriate corrective actions, and then verify
corrective actions implementation and compliance.Assist with developing monthly
scorecards. Write reports, policies and procedures.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Preferably a Bachelor of Science Degree in a Food Safety related
experience is desirable, but not necessary. Individual must demonstrate
ability to self start and prioritize.
Individual must have ability to learn RQS, Oracle and Apex.Applicant must have prior knowledge
of personal computers and various software programs such as Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
