Description:
The Approach program is a
yearlong customized training program designed to develop talent and bench
strength for our production plants mid to upper level management positions.
During this course participants will spend four rotations in our business
learning different aspects of the business before ultimately being placed
in their future role. The program also offers an extensive leadership
training portion. Participants will be placed in one of our production
facilities and will be assigned to a corporate sponsor and a plant mentor
to help them develop into identified roles.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous management experience; ideally as a front line supervisor or
general foreperson in a meat processing facility.
Ability to travel
during the 12 month program.
Ability to relocate is
desired
Previous meat
processing experience is preferred
Ability to lead and
engage a team
Strong Organizational
skills
Proficient in MS office
suite
Ability to work on
second shift and/or weekends
Bi-lingual is desired
