Food Safety Auditor
Founded in 1986, CNS/FoodSafe™ is a leading provider of food safety
consulting services to the foodservice and hospitality industry.
We are recruiting Independent Contractors to conduct food safety/sanitation
audits and training at quick serve and casual restaurants, fine dining
establishments, hotels, sports venues, schools, grocery stores and other food
service settings. Audits are typically performed during regular business
hours on weekdays, occasional weekend work or travel may be requested.
A Bachelors degree in a technical field or in hospitality or culinary arts, or
equivalent, with foodservice industry experience is needed. ServSafe
certification from NRAEF or the equivalent is required. Experience with
HACCP in the retail environment is a plus. The ability to perform ServSafe
training is preferred, and LEHP, RS/REHS or CFSP (NEHA) credentials are
also preferred. Auditors must be able to work independently, and should
have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.
