The Food Safety/Zoonotic Technologist (FSZ) is responsible
for developing or modifying new in-vitro analyses of food and biologic
specimens according to the procedures established for routine and specialized
areas of Food Safety and Zoonotics Laboratory. The FSZ Technologist will
also participate in the supportive functions of quality control, customer
service, instrument operation, troubleshooting, teaching and problem
resolution.
