drives the continuous improvement agenda for the company Quality Chain
Management System across the BU’s including RDQI and Kraft Foods plants.
The position provides visible quality leadership ensuring that KFG quality
standards and policies are clearly defined; programs are developed,
standardized, understood and met. This position brings best practices
forward for replication across the enterprise and ensures that best
practices are replicated across the BU’s. The position leads the Continuous
Improvement strategy for both design and conformance quality and best in
class cost of quality by utilizing L6S tools. The position has managerial
responsibilities including coaching, and developing the Quality
organization to have the skill to execute the integrated lean six sigma
Ensure standards i.e. policies, programs, systems and
universal standard work are developed and implemented
Leadership of ISC Quality Pillar implementation
across the enterprise
Develops and continuously improves the Quality Chain
Management System (QCMS)
Ensures that policies, programs, procedures, and
systems are effective and monitors through compliance mechanisms such as
internal plant auditing, field quality and sanitation visits.
Responsible for cost of quality measurement KPI’s and
application across the enterprise.
Lead design quality agenda within RDQ and develops
training for the product/package/process developers
Drive Continuous Improvement
Stabilize the quality system, by delivering a
standard work approach and to ensure implementation across the enterprise
Track, report and review the network quality
performance indicators on a regular basis to drive continuous improvement
Coach BU and plant pillar leaders to drive
improvement utilizing statistical tools
Monitor process capability against specifications and
drive improvement utilizing statistical tools
Coach the organization on effective Root cause
analysis and implement corrective action and preventative action.
Identify best practices and implement continuous
improvement opportunities driving commercialization excellence across all
Leads the training agenda to improve basic skill
level for DMAIC process, DFSS, Lean, Metrology, MSA, Sampling procedures
Command Skills and Managerial Courage

Experience leading and working with cross-functional
teams with strong people development skills and creating effective
strategies and programs
12-15 years of experience in food or CPG leading the
Experience in plant and corporate Quality
Experience in Supply Chain and/or RDQI
Deep knowledge of quality systems and policies, HACCP,
and ISO/GFSI systems
Practical experience in processed food manufacture
with emphasis on high risk products such as ready to eat meat, dairy, and
thermally processed shelf stable items.
Master Black Belt, IL6S implementation experience
