Safety Coordinator – Holland, MI
An opportunity exists for a strong, self-starting Team Member to assist us
in our growth and take a key leadership role in food safety. As part of a Team Based continuous improvement
process, the successful candidate must be self-motivated and driven by
perfection in safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Three years quality assurance experience
in a USDA meat processing plant.
HACCP certification
A bachelor’s degree in microbiology,
chemistry or food science.
A servant-leadership work ethic;
A strong set of core values that
transcend both professional and personal environments;
A problem solving skill set including the
ability to think critically, initiate solutions, and complete tasks
A high motivation level coupled with the
ability to work both independently and in a team environment
The ability to understand, review, and
analyze and audit production procedures and records;
A demonstrated ability to manage
compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures;
Excellent communication ability including
the ability to write in a clear, concise and compelling manner; Bilingual
skills- Spanish/English a plus.
