Food Safety & Quality
Assurance Manager
Rosemead, CA
Will develop, implement
and manage the Company food safety and quality assurance policies,
procedures and processes for the Produce Category.
Conduct inspections of current and
potential produce growers, processors, packers and distributors to ensure
compliance with food safety and quality assurance standards.
Proactively identify supplier and
product non-compliances, and partners with internal and external teams to
ensure corrective actions are implemented and deficiencies are addressed.
Manage performance data for produce
growers, processors, packers and distributors, and identifies performance
and product improvement opportunities.
Collect and analyzes supplier, guest
and operator feedback to drive continuous improvements in the Produce
Category.
Provide technical support to
cross-functional teams to ensure the success of new products from
ideation to commercialization and store execution.
