Support the senior scientist for Unilever FS local
and regional Projects. • Executing agreed R&D activity at lab scale –
developing prototypes, shelf life testing, and analytical testing. • Support
R&D activity relate to scale-up & manufacturing projects. • Support the
senior scientist's technical & system responsibility (draft technical specs
using provision and Interspec). • Coordinate category
activities and demonstration for cross function teams and visitors. • Support
sensory activities as required. • Delivers department activities such as lab
safety and fire safety.
Requirements: College degree in food science,
chemistry, biochemistry, or other related field.
