Job Description :
Project Overview/Tasks
Support product evaluation activities in the QA Laboratory.
Participate in different aspects of product evaluation, including physical
analysis, cook and hold tests and packaging evaluations.
Perform aseptic collection of microbiological samples.
Create report for product managers, microbiologists and QA coordinator by compiling,
recording and calculating data.
Assist in chemical testing.
Assist in receiving and storage of arriving samples of food items.
