Sr Food Scientist

Minimum of 3 years Food or related experience with a BS degree in Food
Science. Ideal candidate will have some experience in bench top product
development, pilot plant experience, working with vendors, understanding
sensory food attributes and able to articulate technical results to cross
functional team members. Should be familiar with specifications basic
analytical and microbiology in order to produce high quality safe
products. Culinary experience would be a bonus. Familiarity with dairy
and tomato based products and familiarity on the technical procedures
required to produce these products in a hygienic environment. Frozen food
experience would be great, but not required.
