Requirements: -BS in Food Science, Culinary Arts or related.
-Food Science knowledge and Culinary experience. -5-10 years experience
with prepared frozen food development/formulation. -Experience with
USDA/FSIS products would be beneficial.
Duties: -Establish formulas and procedures for new frozen
food/ prepared products. -Modify and improve existing products as directed.
-Research equipment and ingredients needed for processing of new products.
