Formulation and R&D capabilities with excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Understanding of the product
development cycle and ability to support cross-functional teams through a
project.Formulation leadership for new product and reformulation projects.
Formulation training to R&D Team. Product development projects. Cost
reduction, ingredient substitution/consolidation and other key initiatives
as assigned. Bachelors Degree in Food Science, Masters preferred.
