and highly motivated Director
of Product Development to join our R&D/Innovation
team. Little Caesars is proud of its heritage and is still family owned

colleagues. This senior-level role is based out of our world HQ in
Detroit, Michigan.
As the Director of Product Development
you will be responsible for providing leadership and
direction to the product development team on various projects and daily
activities including but not limited to: the development and perfection
of new food products, the implementation of procedures and policies
system-wide, and improving the quality and methods for making existing foods.
You and your team will be challenged with researching, developing and
analyzing the performance of new and existing food products and
procedures for Little Caesar restaurants and businesses.

Qualified candidates will have earned a bachelor’s
degree in Food Science or Food Engineering; a minimum of 10 years of
applicable experience in a restaurant R&D (QSR preferred); have
extensive knowledge of product development processes and consumer
testing; demonstrate proficiency in formulating foods and recipes in
written form to produce food specifications; have prior experience in the
use of processing equipment in a restaurant environment and evidence of
success in leading, coaching and managing the performance of staff.
