TITLE: Director of Research and Development

Join the management
team of Genesis Today!
Department head of
Genesis Todays Research and Development directs the department in the
following functions.
Research &
Development
·
Research new product concepts and new ingredients.
·
Formulation and Formulation rationale.
·
Gather all technical, historic and scientific information on
all new products.
·
Develop new products; formulations, type (capsules, liquids,
powders, etc.), taste, smell, color, sweetness, solubility, etc.
Sourcing
·
Research and identify, evaluate and secure contracts with
growers, farmers, co-ops, and other appropriate raw material suppliers.
Some travel will be required in order to complete this part of the job
responsibilities.
·
Sourcing other Non Noni, Goji, Mangosteen, Acai raw
materials from standard suppliers.
Testing Current and
New Products
·
Developing simple and basic product efficiency.
·
Testing logs and diaries for the purpose of testing our
products to determine if they produce the results that we are promising.
·
Running all third party independent
laboratory analysis on all Genesis Todayproducts.
·
Competitive analysis.
Manufacturing and
Co-Pack Management
·
Oversee all aspects (except purchasing) of Genesis Todays
contract manufacturing, co‑packaging and bottling.
·
Oversee and make sure all manufacturers are following our
strict guidelines and protocols and that our formulas and products are not
being compromised.
·
Spot check and audit each party a minimum of twice yearly.
Technical Advisor
·
Research and answer customer questions.
·
Train all appropriate work force on
technical questions and other features of our products.
·
Conduct seminars, trainings, television and radio
interviews/shows and any other public events.
