Assistant Professor, Nutrition and Food Science – Montclair, NJ
Subject to available funding.
Tenure-track position in a vibrant and growing undergraduate and graduate program in Nutrition and Food Science. Appointment includes research, curriculum development, and teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in environmental nutrition and/or nutrition and older adults. Faculty members are expected to be active scholars, to advise students, and to participate in department, college and university committees and activities.
Earned doctorate in nutrition, food science, or related field, with expertise in environmental nutrition or nutrition and older adults. A Registered Dietitian highly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a well-defined research agenda and evidence of scholarly activities. The department and the
