Quality Food Safety Coordinator

 

Zachary Confections, a family owned candy manufacturer located in Frankfort, IN, currently has an opening for a newly created entry level position in our Quality Department. Responsibilities of the Food Safety Coordinator will include, but not be limited to:  maintaining and assisting with overseeing quality procedures, assisting with daily quality processes, administering customer compliance programs.

 

Qualifications include:  a minimum of 2-year degree, excellent knowledge of MS Office including Access, working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety. Food manufacturing
experience and bilingual (Spanish) competency is considered a plus.
