Tri-County Health says they found the disease in a 1-year-old girl.
She was not taken to the hospital and is expected to recover at home.
A 3-year-old boy who also attended the daycare died last week from E-coli.
The source of the E-coli has not been determined.
Health officials say other children have complained of mile gastrointestinal
illness, but have gotten better.
Investigators are using stool swabs to test the children for any signs of the
disease. Those children will be able to attend another daycare once they’ve
had two negative tests. They are also testing the daycare operators.
ArapahoeCounty has ordered the daycare to
close, saying it had more children than the law allowed.
