Description
Primera Foods, a leading
provider of high-quality food ingredients and food service products, has an
opportunity for an experienced Food Technologist in our Research &
Development department located in the Rice Lake, WI area.
As part of our technical
team, this individual will develop bench top samples, execute pilot plant
trials and specific projects and start-ups, and appraise R&D prototype
products including application baking and sensory evaluations.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will
have a B.S. in Food Science, or related field, along with 3-5 years of food
science application and knowledge of ingredient functionality and good
understanding of food chemistry and microbiology.
