Monitoring the aseptic
collection of rinse water samples from filler valves and various equipment
sampling points. ·
Performing
pre-operational audits of filling portion of production lines. ·
Aseptic sampling and
swabbing of product packaging. ·
Direct swabbing of
various equipment locations. ·
Verifying sanitation by
using the Lightning MVP surface sampling unit. ·
Working with the
sanitation lead person to verify sanitation and microbiological sampling is
complete before releasing the lines to production. ·
Working with the sanitation
department to maintain sanitation records, logs and corrective actions as
required by management. ·
Working as a liaison
between the sanitation department and the microbiologist. ·
Assisting the
microbiologist with testing of rinse water, finished product and bottled
water. ·
Assisting the
microbiologist with data entry and record keeping. ·
Serving as a back up
for the microbiologist. ·
Communicating any
problems or issues of concern to management in a timely manner. ·
Adhering to all Company
standards, policies and procedures. External Responsibilities ·

Candidate must pass
pre-employment drug screen. ·
The ability to lift 50
lbs. ·
Ability to work
flexible hours including nights and weekends where necessary. ·
Food Industry
