The
Challenge: In
this Corporate role, you will be a technical resource to R&D,
Engineering, and Manufacturing. Your interactions with people at the
Corporate and Plant levels will focus on process improvement, process
troubleshooting, formulations issues, etc., drawing on your Food
Science/Food Engineering background.
The
Company’s expectation is that you, along with the others in your group,
will speed the product development process and reduce the potential for,
recurrence of, and impact on the bottom line of manufacturing issues
stemming from ignorance or poor communications between Corporate- and
Plant-level departments.
Qualifications:
The
company is seeking a degreed individual whose experience (3 – 10+ years)
encompasses both Food Science and Process Engineering in the Food
industry. The selected candidate will either be a Food Scientist with
demonstrated Engineering experience, or vice versa.
Initial
assignments will be at a junior or senior level and are dependent upon the
candidate’s background and skills level
