Technologist to their R&D team in Chicago. To be considered for
the role one must possess the following experience and skill set.
degree in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology or related science field.
minimum of 3 years of R&D experience with food.
working with meat products is required for this position.
be self-directed, but enjoy working with a team.
communication and organization skills.
working from conception through commercialization.
