Experience:

The client, a National food manufacturer, is looking to add a talented Food Technologist to their R&D team in Chicago.  To be considered for the role one must possess the following experience and skill set.

         Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology or related science field.

         A minimum of 3 years of R&D experience with food.

         Experience working with meat products is required for this position.

         Must be self-directed, but enjoy working with a team.

         Strong communication and organization skills.

         Experience working from conception through commercialization.

Description:

The Food Technologist will assist with the development and implementation of new product development and re-formulation of current products. This individual will also work cross-functionally with a variety of departments and provide periodic updates to the entire team.
