Position
Summary: Assist
in designing and assuring implementation of corporate food safety and
regulatory compliance policies for all USDA-regulated meat plants.
Implement and manage HACCP programs for all USDA-regulated meat plants.
Provide technical support to Supply Chain for implementation of policies
& procedures, resolution of food safety and non-compliance issues.
Provide technical support to other depts. in resolving consumer and customer
inquiries regarding food safety. Essential
