Certified Food Safety Supervisor needed for Valdosta State
University's food services operation, managed by Sodexo Campus Services.
Candidate is responsible for supervising the development, implementation and
maintenance of food safety programs. Ensures all relevant quality and
regulatory requirements are met for compliance with Federal and customer food
safety requirements. Qualifications: o Energetic
problem solver with good analytical & interpersonal skills o Ability
to communicate and work effectively as a team member o Excellent
written & oral communication skills o Detail
oriented o Experience
in developing, managing and auditing food safety programs Requirements
Requirements: Education
or Equivalent Experience:
High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience Certification: ServSafe Certified Supervisor/Managerial

Specific Experience:
3 or more years of related work experience. Supervision Received: Works under minimal supervision. Supervision Provided: Assists in training, assigning and
checking the work of lower level employees Physical Demands: Specific physical characteristics
