I am aggressively
looking for someone who has:
3 -5 yrs of related dry mix / bakery product development.
Ability to transition laboratory formulas to successful large-batch
formulas in a manufacturing environment.
3-5 yrs practical QA experience in the food industry.
knowledge of Nutritional Analysis software.
knowledge in Ingredient technology/functionality, food science, and food
processing.
GMP HACCP & AIB
Excellent computer skills in windows based environment.
A four year degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Food
Engineering a HUGE plus.
This person will work with the technical director to develop new products
and improve existing product design. This is a great opportunity for the
