Conduct basic and
applied research to broaden applications of spring wheat utilization.
Assist in the preparation of teaching materials, prepare and present
laboratory demonstrations for wheat, flour and end-use quality. Assist in
the supervision of graduate and undergraduate students in the laboratory.
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the wheat quality laboratory.
Interact and cooperate with other personnel within and outside the
Department of Plant Sciences at NDSU.
B.S. in food science, plant
science or related discipline
Proficient computer skills

baking and conducting routine tests for wheat/end use quality
