The Compliance Manager R&D will create and implement policies and
procedures in compliance with our pharmaceutical client requirements.
You must have a broad understanding of GMP audits, training, CAPA, and
all compliance issues. You will Implement and maintain Sodexo's Quality Management System, Consult with
our clients to ensure understanding of their regulatory requirements,
Write and maintain SOPS, controlled forms, etc. for site operations,
Develop regulatory compliance training materials including competency
assessments, training reviews, job hazard analyses (JHA's), etc.,
Manage all GxP training records, Perform
audits and readiness assessments, Fully understand and ensure
compliance with contract Service Level Agreement, Create reports and
other correspondence outlining measurements and metrics associated with
compliance goals. This position will be based in the Philadelphia, PA.
There's 10-15% travel requirement.
Provides leadership and direction to strategically located crisis
managers who assist in the response to emergency situations of public
health significance. Provides direction and technical expertise in the
company's food safety training initiatives. Oversees and monitors the
internal quality assurance/food safety audit process. Provides
technical expertise in the development, revision, and implementation of
the company's quality assurance and food safety policies, procedures,
standards, and manuals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree in Public Health or a
food science related field
Basic Management Experience - 4 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years of experience in a public health
or food safety position with knowledge of food safety regulations &
policies (e.g., FDA, CDC); CFSP or RS credential required
