State health officials are warning people to thoroughly cook raw
chicken after a salmonella outbreak.
Four people in southeastern Wisconsin
have been stricken with salmonella -- one in Milwaukee
County, one in Ozaukee
County and two in Washington County.
State health officials believe the cases are related to a nationwide
outbreak.
The salmonella has been found in raw, frozen, breaded, and
pre-browned stuffed chicken cordon blue and chicken kiev products.
No one brand has been singled out.
So far, 32 people in 12 states have been infected.
