Quality/Food Safety Technician - Rossville,
TN
Kelly Scientific Resources had an immediate opening for a Quality/Food
Safety Technician in Rossville, TN.
Responsibilities for this opportunity will include: Conduct daily swabbing and
finished product sampling; Prepare and ship samples; Track shipment data,
Silliker Forms and Entry of results into tracking spreadsheets.
Applicants must possess a knowledge of GMP's; basic microbiological
knowledge; familiarity with aseptic technique; Excel proficiency; and strong
attention to detail. May be required to support 2nd and 3rd shift as needed.
A degree/background in microbiology and previous food production experience
is highly desired.
This position is a 3-6 month contract opportunity
