Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Animal Sciences, Food Science, Meat Science, or related
discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in
meat laboratory operations, demonstrated success in meats or food
science research, and meats judging activities. This position is
designated as a security sensitive position and requires a satisfactory
