description
Food Safety & Quality Assurance Coordinator Responsible for the
organization and maintenance of all Food Owned Brands vendor food safety and
product quality data in the database and document files. Coordinates efforts
with the Food Safety & Quality Assurance team to ensure that the most
current and accurate information is available for review and documented in
database. Coordinates reporting of vendor, item, and key program team
performance metrics. Partners with Food Safety & Quality Assurance team
to coordinate activities required for prompt resolution of potential food
safety and product quality issues, including action in follow-up to guest
complaints.
Job requirements
Qualified candidates must have the following: Working knowledge of Food
Safety & Quality Assurance technical duties. Demonstrated organizational
skills Attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize Self-motivated
and action oriented Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong
interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and with team Comfortable
with database maintenance activities and entry Proficiency in Microsoft
Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint The ability to work on a 2 month
+ contract assignment
